What is a conversational listening Campaign?
Not your average survey
Most traditional evaluation processes ask you to answer questions and move on. This is different.
Instead of an extractive survey, this is a consent-first listening journey — a set of short conversations you can return to before, during, and after the conference.
This listening journey is hosted by some of the Center for Racial and Social Justice staffers who help bring this conference to life every year. They are ready to hear what's working, where there are opportunities for growth and what members are yearning for.
